1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing products/services from LegendYou, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Nature of Services

LegendYou provides:

  • Relationship and dating coaching
  • Clarity-focused structured sessions
  • Digital guides, assessments, and educational resources

LegendYou does NOT provide:

  • Therapy
  • Medical advice
  • Psychiatric services
  • Legal advice

All services are educational and coaching-based.

3. Personal Responsibility, Conduct, and Use of Skills

LegendYou provides education and coaching on communication, social interaction, confidence, and relationship skills.

All techniques, exercises, and frameworks are intended for lawful, respectful, and consensual interactions only.

Clients are solely responsible for how they choose to apply any skills or advice provided through LegendYou programs.

LegendYou does not instruct, encourage, or endorse:

  • Harassment
  • Coercion
  • Manipulation
  • Non-consensual behavior
  • Aggressive or unsafe interactions
  • Any conduct that violates local laws or public safety

Participants agree to:

  • Respect personal boundaries and consent
  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use judgment and discretion in social situations
  • Accept responsibility for their own actions and outcomes

Any misuse of training, tools, or techniques for harmful, illegal, or unethical purposes is strictly prohibited.

LegendYou reserves the right to suspend or remove access to programs or community spaces if participant behavior violates community standards or legal requirements.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Coaching Sessions

  • Fees are due before the session.
  • Missed sessions without prior notice may not be refundable.
  • Rescheduling policies may apply.

Digital Products

Due to instant access, digital purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, including PDFs, frameworks, videos, worksheets, and branding elements, are intellectual property of LegendYou and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

LegendYou shall not be liable for relationship decisions made after sessions, emotional outcomes, or indirect/consequential damages. Clients accept responsibility for their own choices and actions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, India.
